Youth Power Organization (YPO) took decision to volunteer working with women and youth in Morogoro region. YPO wants to make a significant impact on this vulnerable group by providing simple training and advisory services in agribusiness and entrepreneurship.

Youth Power Organization (YPO) has employed a participatory and holistic approach throughout the process in identifying community problems and challenges, their needs and best solutions. YPO has applied solutions based on local community decisions. YPO has made sure that applied improved solutions aligns with indigenous knowledge of local communities. The applied solutions took account of the most devastating challenges like the COVID – 19 pandemic, climate change and lack of practical skills for women and youth in agribusiness and entrepreneurship.
