Youth Power Organization (YPO) in collaboration with SNV (Netherlands Development Organization) through Opportunities for Youth Employment (OYE) project has provided “Female Role Model Training” for 19 OYE females in Morogoro region. 

They were trained on roles and benefits of being a female role model as a coacher and mentor. They had an opportunity to learn coaching and mentoring skills; communication and networking skills; leadership and conflict management skills; and how to set SMART goals.

Furthermore, through the training they were able to develop an action plan as a guiding tool  to fulfill their responsibilities in their already formed groups and community at large. 

These 19 females are a source of positive community changes and through them they will disseminate and share knowledge, skills and wider attributes with other youth.
