On June 17, 2025, the SUA Media team toured one of YPO’s fish farming and entrepreneurship projects in the Mvomero district council.

They were impressed by the grassroots impact of YPO in creating local employment and generating income for young people in the blue economy sector.

This inspired the SUA Media team to conduct a field visit to collect success stories for their upcoming documentary on the blue economy.

One team member remarked, “YPO has truly transformed the lives of young people by helping them pursue self-employment in the blue economy sector.”
