Five days of an OCD workshop on finance and supply chain, resource mobilization and external relations, and program management and development were a key component of YPO to improve and strengthen its internal practices, systems, and procedures.

A quick output from the workshop is that we have increased our understanding of internal control, compliance, financial reporting, procurement processes, corruption prevention, partnerships, resource mobilization, project design, and risk management.

Kudos to the wonderful facilitators from Save the Children: Ms. Lilian, Mr. Arafat, Mr. Wambura, Mr. Rashid, and Ms. Mariana.

Energetic participants from YPO included Mr. Charles Makongo (Executive Director), Mr. Goodluck Mlorere (Project Coordinator), Mr. Aniceth Godrey (Communication Officer), and Mr.Yusuph Kilanga (Board Member).
